Indian Head Massage

Clients have found regular Indian Head Massage treatments helpful for managing stress and busy life styles as it allows the body to relax and calms the mind.

 The therapy focuses on massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck and scalp which are common areas of muscular tension often resulting in headaches, migraine, eyestrain and other aches and pains. This is often caused by daily usage of computers, laptops, phones and other media devices which can lead to poor posture and prolonged periods of sitting in the same positions. A few simple changes to some of these habits together with regular treatments will often improve symptoms.

This treatment is carried out while seated and can be done through a light cotton T shirt or alternatively with a towel wrapped round the clients torso to use oils on the arms, shoulders and neck areas.​
