Hi, I'm Helen

I'm a qualified and registered Homeopath and Craniosacral Therapist with over twenty years experience in using Complementary Therapies.

I have treated a wide range of clients of all ages (the youngest has been less than a week old and I have clients in their eighties).

I have a particular interest in womens health and wellbeing but enjoy working with people from all walks of life who are seeking a connection back to themselves and their bodies.

I offer a calm, thoughtful, supportive space to listen and pay attention to what you need as an individual to feel well and enjoy life more.
