Background
I am a qualified and registered Homeopath and Craniosacral Therapist. This along with all the knowledge I have gained over the last twenty years from other therapies and trainings has shaped my way of working with people.
Why did I train to be a Holistic Therapist?
I started searching for a way to heal myself in my early twenties after having suffered from frequent and debilitating migraines and skin flare ups which started in my teenage years. I had an interest in understanding why I had the conditions rather than medicating them long term.
I still life with some of these symptoms but to a far lesser degree. I have come to realise that symptoms are often drawing my attention to when I am tired or under stress.
I find that I am better resourced to cope with difficult situations and circumstances when they occur. This has lead to many improvements in my health and outlook on life over the years.
My practice
My practice is based in Ruislip, Hillingdon, Greater London. I am registered with the Society of Homeopaths and the Craniosacral Therapy Association.
