Best practise protocols for clients
Please do not attend an appointment if you are feeling unwell or suspect you may have COVID-19.
Some of my clients are medically vulnerable or are carers so they are welcome to continue wearing a face mask if this makes them feel more comfortable. I am happy to also wear a mask, so please advise me when booking or on arrival.
Drinking water is available after a treatment or clients are welcome to bring their own water bottles.

When can I make an appointment?
Appointment times are generally available Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 3.00pm. (days can vary so please check when booking)
Some weekday evening appointments are also available (Monday to Thursday) so please check for times with me.
How long are appointment times?
Treatment times usually range from 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Please ensure that you are on time for your appointment, if you arrive late this may mean a shorter appointment time. If you are early I may be with another client. I do not have a waiting room but there are a number of coffee shops and cafes within a few minutes walk at the end of the road.
First appointments will involve a discussion of your general heath and I will take notes relevant to this information.
What fees do you charge?
Craniosacral Therapy 1 hour £50
Reflexology 50 mins £45
Indian Head Massage 40 mins £40
A fee may be charged if you do not attend or fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation.
There is free parking in the side roads in the evening, the nearest road is a couple of minutes walk away.
There are also a number of public car parks behind the local shops. This is about a five minute walk.
